Just thought I'd add one more example of creative use of chokepoints: Unreal Tournament 2204's Onslaught Mode. If you aren't familiar with it, it consisted of a wide open map with a bunch of capture points called nodes. So I downloaded the beta, and except for the fact that I couldn't use Bailknight's mod anymore, I loved it. But after a little while, I thought to myself, is there any reason I shouldn't be able to get Bailknight's mod working in the beta? After a little playing around with the files, learning how stuff worked, I got it into the beta, so now I have the best of both worlds. I tried out developer mode reccently in conjunction with the seven deadly sins mod. It was going fine until I colonized a swamp planet, at which point the error box pop-up went crazy and I couldn't get out of it. Every time i hit either skip, skip all or break, it would just reappear. So my question is: Is there a way to disable this box? Thanks in advance.
I'm having a similar problem. I change IsWatchedFilesOn to TRUE, but when I start a game or load one then try to make changes, nothing happens. I looked at the user.SETTING file and IsWatchedFilesOn was FALSE. I don't know what's happening, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and I've tried modifying files both in a mod and in the default GameInfo folder. I don't know whether that matters or not...
