Here you can choose if you want to buy from Steam or ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTORS. Choose ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTORS in the Pull Down Menu. Now complete your payment. Together with the Order Acknowledgement (successful) I got a list of all DLCs/Extentions + Steam key

I do have the same problem, that i am not able to purchase the GALCIV 3 ULTIMATE EDITION for 35.65 EUR from Steam, because i own the basic gane :(. The Ultimate Bundle Price is MUCH less than the single buy of all DLCs and Extentions. The Steam support directed me to the Stardock support. Please help me too. Many thanks & Regards
