Earlier today I was playing a random generated small map online MP and noticed a few bugs. I don't know if these have been reported before, but here they are. 1. The game froze for about 5-10 seconds and when the game continued to play I lost all sound for about 15 seconds. It happened fairly early into the game (15 min in) so there were no fighting with large fleets, which rules out lag. Especially because later when large fleet fights took place there were no lag

I downloaded and installed the beta 1.095 yesterday and decided to try to use the "alloy" system for multiplayer. I noticed that it had a host set-up tab, so I clicked on it and tested my ability to host. It said that my "IP is not visible." My question is what does this mean and can I still host? If I can't host what can I do to fix this?

What bugs me is when people that join a game, quit within the first 5 minutes. They are not even being attacked yet. If they knew that they did not really want to play why bother joining? One game the player right beside me quit like this and I was basically playing against the AI. Although I have not played online that much, this has occured in most games.

This is really cool. You textures are truly amazing! How many planets do you have finished and how far are you on this mod?

I added pics of races to my Galactic Civilizations 2 game using photoshop. I used photoshop to convert the data files of the pictures to match the data files of the race pictures in the game files. I then placed the new pics with the originals and copied the names of the files exactly, except changed the race pic number, so that the game would detect them and it worked. I would assume it would be the same for SoaSE only the pics would go into texture folder. Just ensure that you copy th

Rafi, if you are not sure about replacing the power supply, you could take your computer in to a computer store (ex. Future shop) and they can install the new power supply for you. I bought a Nvidia 8600 card about 6 months ago for my computer and it needed a new power supply to run it. My computer is fairly old (purchased in 2006) and I bought the card and power supply at Future shop and had them install the power supply for me. It didn't cost much to have them install it. Th

I play online, only I can't host. I have not set up my router to do so. Sometimes it takes a while to join a game, due to the number of people in my situation, but I still hang around in the lobby and wait to join. I enjoy it and don't mind the long games. They are epic. Being able to ally with a human is a hundred times better than allying with the CPU.

I downloaded the mod(v.1.3) today and I am having some problems playing the game it bogs everything down. When I move the camera with the directional keys or zoom in and out, the frame rate drops dramatically and freezes momentarily again and again(happens when selecting stuff as well). This is before I have even built frigates aside from a scout unit. Also, when I am in the in-game menu the game will completly freeze when I select the tabs. Mainly, what I am trying to say is the game d

Danman, I thought of a great idea for your Mod downloads. You should set it up with a base folder consisting of Sin's Plus, Bailknight's mod and Sin's Enhanced-Sky Box merged together, and have the Atlantians, Solar Sins, and any other Mod that will be a part of 7 Deadly Sins in seperate folders in the zipped 7 Deadly Sins:by Danman v.1.2 folder. Just make the Solar Sins, etc. files (not base files/folder) able to be merged if wanted, even if they cannot be stand alone mods themselves.

This mod plays great and makes SoaSE feel like a new experience again. I have some questions about Solar Sins. First, if I started a random generated map, how many stars would/could there be? i.e. is it something like 50% planets to 50% stars for that map? Sencond, can the stars be explored like planets and contain artifacts? Finally, how many stars have you created? Thanks again for all your hard work DANMAN, I can safely say that the modding community apprec

I am a huge Gundam fan as well. I think the best way to set up the research and ages in Gundam would be to set it up like Empire Earth. Have the research labs generate tech points to be spent on research. Make the research tree itself only let you research 3 things in military and 3 things in economy. This will give some new ship/MS to build or slight upgrages(live ammo damage up 5%). You also can only purchase the upgrades in size of fleet 3 times in each age (using credits, metal, and crystal)

I just figured that the Stardock label meant that kyro worked for Stardock. I didn't that I'd be teased about it. Thanks for standing up for me Redd_V, and Sorceress.

No I have owned the game since it was released in February. I just never turned it on. I don't know why I didn't think about asking this in the beginning, but thank you for your help Stardock.
