No - all 4 labs required for the research are up and running. In fact I'm researching the Novalith as we speak and my Titan is still stuck at 75% complete in the foundry. EDIT - by that I mean that I've researched all 4 levels and I've still got all the required research stations

Hi, I've got a problem trying to build the TEC Rebel titan since the last update. When I try to build it it gets to 75/80% complete and then freezes. I've tried cancelling the build and restarting it and even building a new foundry in a different system and building again but no joy.
