Create Fence Here drop down won't go away. in Fences Stardock Forums

So the circumstances of this strange bug are, I was launching the 64bit version of Kerbal Space Program while at the same time trying to move a shortcut for the 64bit KSP launcher into a fence. The shortcut intially refused to move, but eventually I got it in there, but now when ever my mouse cursor hovers over the portion of the desktop where the shortcut originally was at the Create Fence Here context menu pops up. even if I have a game or web browser open. Happened to me, i got screen shot and saved the game at that point. After the refund it will not let me place anything in the gravity well, tells me there is another structure in the way. Then went i went back to it, it let me, kinda weird.

I tried the supreme commander demo a while back on this pc so i decided to get the stand alone expansion. My computer meets recommended requirments, yet when i play it the ground, unless i'm zoomed all the way out, is black and gray, but you can see the ground in a few spots when you move the camera, other wise it's pretty much a black and gray mass, i put the games graphics options on low no change. i've updated my drivers, and that did not do any thing, i've restarted my comp, nothing
