I recently reinstalled windows xp on my system and oc my cpu from a 2.4 dual core to a 3.4GHz. I downloaded Galaxy Forge and it gives me an error message everytime i try to use it. (Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)) What can I do, it worked before reinstalling and oc'ing my cpu...?

System Specs: Intel Core 2 6600 @ 2.40GHz OC to 3.2GHz, 4Gb Dual Channel Ram, With Xp only 2.75gb, Geforce 8800 GTX OC, x2 150gb raptors 10,000 RPM Hd and x2 750gb 7200 Rpm hd. Will a AGEIA PhysX card benefit gameplay with this configuration?
