kryo how do i do that, just open the disk in windows explorer than copy the files?

Sorry if this has already been posted but the search didn't show anything. When I first tried to installed the game I this error "Error reading from file: E:\data\OFFLINE\CA21f9c0\1FDC88E4\CapitalBuff_BlackOutSmall.particle. Verify that the file exits and that you can access it. Please help? Thanks Kurt
