I am also missing the sticker in my box as well. I too am unable to install the update. I purchased from Best Buy. Thankfully I noticed this before I threw away the box and I still have my reciept. I'm not clear though. Is it being recommended we return to the place of purchase for replacement. Or are we going to recieve aid through Stardock? First time I've ever wished I'd done online purchase. I've purchased numerous, numerous products through Stardock online and never had any
