Reply to AI are weaker now 0.80 in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

In my game, the AI only built frigates in the first hour of the game. After I had wiped those frigates out, the AI's fleet only consisted of capital ships + titan for the next hour or so. -__-" Is this a new tactic by the AI to stop feeding my titan with cheap ships?
