Did you ever find people to do particle effects? I tried to try my hand at it, but I can't seem to get Particle Forge to work, despite looking for fixes. It looks like " Syneptus" is offering particle effect help as well.

Response made! Do I get ISK now? On the serious side: There are no legal issues with exporting the models from EVE Online, are there? For some reason I think that was the cause for the downfall of the Homeworld 2 Eve mod, but I could be wrong.
