Problems with updating in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

I have a retail version of SINS. Played the game for awhile then uninstalled it. Recently, i started playing again/reinstalled the game to get prepared for the next expansion. I ran the regular disk install. I did not know that i could also download the game from my Impulse account instead of running the disk install. So i figured maybe there was a confliction. I uninstalled the game through Impulse then re-instaled the game through Impulse. When i update the game it keeps t
