oh ya if you dont find it in the place i told you you can create it there because it will only recognize it in the \AppData\Local

your not going to find the mods folder in program files you need to go to C:\Users\*your user name*\AppData\Local\IroncladGames\Sins of a solar empire\Mods if it doesnt work got into the game got options click mods and ond the right side theres a button call mods path click in and itll tell you where to find the folder hope you find it =]
