I support blizzard for doing this. MMORPG's have economies after all. Even if they are virtual. It is basically on the same level as making counterfeit money in RL. CR violation is a little confusing, but its the judges call. If the cheater feels that it is not a fair ruling, there is always the appeals route.

depending on what your using it for, i would personally rather have a duel core with a faster clock speed than a quad (most games dont support multicore, more and more are, but thats a lot of unused power) If you do a lot of regular multitasking though, it could be worth it.
firmware is the "drivers" that are actually part of the disk drive (instead of being installed on the hard drive) That is a little over simplified, if you want to know more search wikipedia for 'firmware' You can find them on the drive manufactures web site ubder the 'drivers' or 'support' sections (usually)

a setting like this for replays is fun but would be to crazy for normal play.
First of all, isn’t most of the “rock, paper, scissor” effect supposed to act as if they are flanking, dodging, and so on. That’s why fast shooting weapons are better at hitting small, fast ships (like fighters.) By adding the “flanking” AI in, all you’re doing is making the battles prettier. (unless, of course, you mean that the user has to do it manually. I wouldn’t try to do this while having 4 battles going at the same time) Secondly, I could argue, that due to the distance involv
