In 1.3, it would appear that asteroids have 1/2 the number of (orbiting) asteroids, terran 2/3, volcanic and ice 3/4, and asteroid belts 1/4. So uh, what? I mean, I understand that resources were pretty easy to get and that some tweaking was necessary, but this causes a HUGE change in SoaSE strategy and general mood. It feels more like scavenging than empire building when you colonize some rock with one metal and crystal asteroid surrounding it. The Vasari neutral-grabbing strategy is out
