Thanks, I forwarded the email that nobody answered at stardock so the people at ironglad will also have the chance to iqnore me to..... There should be one support for all problems with this game, especially since this game have some very many problems... Thanks..
Thanks, I did email them, but after a month of messing with them with no answers or bad answers I get frustrated. I guess I am just looking for somewhere, anywhere to yell.....sorry bout that... This is a broken system and I disagree that large numbers of people can't log in...these forums are full of people that are as frustrated as I am with a broken system and lack of support.
I have had sins for over a month and have been fighting every since to play my nephew on-line...... I start the game and click on Ironclad online and it asks me for my user name and password. I enter the information and it responces "Account name not found"....The first time I "created" a new account (it asks me for user name, cd key, which I entered) and it reponces account already exists..... So I can't play becuase I have an account..... Could someone please help,,,,,,get
