How about this? - In a SP game, or MP with some AIs, the AIs that are of the same race as you, you have a 50% 'likeability' with them. Enough to call for a cease fire if you want it, but you don't have to if you don't want to. The other two races, however they're spread among the remaining AIs, you would start at 0%, and would need to do some work if you really want to ally with them. One thing that hasn't made much sense to me, in SP, is that say in an 8-player game, I'm Tec, and say
