Thanks for the tips. IS there a chain of options that will allow me to develop crews? I have done ok in increasing fleet supply numbers, but crew # stays at 0 (zero). Again, thanks for the help. I am so busy that I have very little time to experiment in the game and your input has helped me immensely.

Is that "Fleet Logistics," as I do not see Fleet Research options on the left side. Thanks for trying to help...maybe I'm blind.
