hi i was playing a game with a freind with ai in it then when i jumped into a system with a flagship(belonging to ai) in the middle of where i jumped in it survied for a min before dieing then after a minute when i believe it was updating that it had been killed it crashed this happened in 2 attepts. anyone else having issues with flagship victory condition?

you had to patch sins before installing entrenchment which it dosnt say but you need to update first or it dosent work

me and my frein both downloaded entrenchment i download the sins update first before and he didnt and it dosen't work he thinks he need to reinstall it but the game should be made to state it in red first so this is clear or stop it from install with out patch.

i think that they are mising aa batterys that you would expect on it that would increase the number. p.s. the aa batterys should be much weaker then aa figits.

so what your saying is that you want capitalships to destroy everything that is what you are saying here. the size is right anyway for the craw maning it also look at the size of the capitalship to the size of a planet and you would see that it is about 2-4 times the size of any navy capitalship that would be in the water on the planet.

they changed it to make them more like what they want them to do capitalships are not the beall to end all there the support beams for the fleet. if you still think they should be then you know noughthing of navy doctriants as they apply to space as well as water.

well i see your arguement but 90% of all militery stuff is to protect the army if you loss a man for example the unit suffers most ships in a fleet support each other. also caps in real life are the back bone of a fleet not godly firepower as you think its there to help and support and lead a fleet. summary 4 out of 11 are mainly for attacking and is how it should be and is what make the game good. This should also be make avilible to the fighters so if theres a few fighters and all bombers or you need to cover your capital ship while

have yous even thought of splash damage as a flak cannon spreads not just in one line at the moment it hits one fighter what about if it has a chance to hit the fighter next to it in the formation as well //or dose slight damage to the ones next to it in the formation?

i like the new carrier they may be very very expensive in cap, credits, metal, crystal but they are worth it and not the crap like they where, you cant just build them ether cos you can blow them up before take a higher loss ie in cap. the only thing i think is why you think there is a inbalance is cos you dont build them but i do think that AA frigits need a little buff not to what it was before tho maybe give it a slight splash damage that way it damages the other fighters next to it a little

right the best way to talk to the ai is to select a planet of theres you can do this zoomed out you can ask it to attack and defend but the if the ai fleet meets a fleet thats hostile it will not move from there while fighter bar the siege frights which will head for the planet. the ai wastes resources on cap and very little research so don't expect too much from them.

well it would be nice if instead of hearing noughting like every game they told us what was happening. like expect it in the next couple of weeks or it may be delayed by a week or so rather than a few weeks after the date and they say due to tech difficult it will be realized next month like ea and relic are at the moment.

well a cube is a capital ship but the tactical cubes is much heavier armor and weapons there not very common tho probity cos there new ship i guess

well it not just in the voyager series as the sagvage class(ie enterpise E) and the interpeid class(ie voyager) are both developed for fighting the borg. the more races the better its better than haveing 2 races the same i think.

you should worry about balance as you can increse the cost of the capital ships of thos races as well as the smaller ones for shadows and vorlons.

with the advent the problems the guardians cos the 33% shaired is very very high and makes the fleet very tough also the guardians are hard to kill so its hard. if you want to test it fight a hard advent ai. ps the vasari are balance cos of there weak eco use the pirate to your advantage as the TEC and see.
