Again, good tactics post Raging Amish! There are ways to beat it. So, what's the problem? How many LRM's does everyone use? One of the main themes I'm seeing as to why it's not fair, is that "It pushes LRM's out of range". Across the strategy forum, I've seen countless posts about "Build LOTS of LRM's!!!!" It seems, if you want to look at an unblanced unit, you should be looking at the LRM. A group of inexpensive frigates can kill a capitol ship in less then a minute. T

I agree! I just started my first game (easy, small, 1 AI, and I'm about 4 hours in), and I have a Kol up to level 8 pretty much just from eating pirates. I built a few more Cap's (6 total caps in play, for 550 total support units, which I read on the forums is bad to do, oh well), and I'm going to park them with some frigates for support, and try to get them jacked up as well.
