This has been discussed and debated upon by many of us on the forums and there has been no official word about a campaign being added. The only known fact is that there will be a 2nd mini-expansion that is going to diplomacy based and then a 3rd mini-expansion that no one knows anything about. back on post #159, I predicted that this thread would hit post #1000 in 159 more days. That would've been around mid August...I now amend that prediction and say that it will more likely hit post #1000 in the around 234 more days. That would put the time frame more around the end of next February or so.

LOL @ Orodum and #224...I actually remember the movie that brought that game to life...225 space cookies to the 1st that can name that movie...(hint: it a movie from 1984). The point system for that game actually originated in New York and is based on true events.

This was already tried once a couple of months ago and failed miserably because no one could get coordinated enough to get the necessary people to show up for matches...It would be cool if someone could get an official thing set up...and I agree that it needs to be 1v1 all the way. In a team match, there are too many other determining factors that would not be representative of an individuals own talent.

Plus, I always have a few ships in each well with my SB's. Usually by this time in the game, I alao 1 or 2 "virgin" caps in each of my outer planets to catch all of the easy exp and level them up quickly. Works every time.
Only problem with this strat is that a person who knows how to play Vas correctly will not allow his SB to wander aimlessly around his planet chasing "decoys." I place my SB in a very strategic position in the midst of a minimum of 2-3 Repair bays (where all repair bays are healling the SB...this allows for not selecting the Debris vortex and using that last upgrade for something more important) about middle of the grav well. That way when any ships/fleet jump in they will be hit
