Well there are some things that you can classify as strategy. - Putting phase jump portals at other planets on other side of star system will make things a bit different. - Learning how to scout well will allow you to control the center for longer. -controling the center using different technique's and a few others. No real big strats but there are some.
Lol well Im just throwing the idea out there and leaving IC to do the balencing and such. Ships cant attacked while cloaked or else that would make for some crazy advent attacks
Now I only play as TEC but from my experience i havent seen and sort of cloaking ability. If not every ship the scout ships atleast should have an ability thy can unlock in the tech tree that gives them the ability to cloak. Maybe there something Im missing but I think it would be a great addition to the game. Seeing an entire Advent fleet unstealth infront of one of there planets right as your about to attack it. &

You will have to do some simple modding if you want to change the max population/resource astroids a planet has. I can tell you what files to change if you would like. Ive already made a mod for my personal use witch gets rid of astroids at planets but adds arond 8-12 astroids to astroid belts. Makes resoarce gathering a bit more interesting.

Ya but playing on maps with more then 50 planets or so is impossible... oh and did i mention the last time i replied to them was ovr a week ago. No big deal though. I guess greedy people never get what they want. Maybe I should try playing on a map with less then 100+ planets...

Ok heres what happend. I got a minidump. I told stardock in an email. they replied back saying "can you please send us the following data so we can figure out your problem." I replied with the data. I waited a day...no respawns...sent anouther...day laer still no respawns... one more time...and guess what...no respawns. I love your game guys but these mini dumps are killing me and i cant get and respawns fro

From what I here you have to use note pad and write up some code manually in order to connect the to worm whole's Like Shukkuk said. There's How to's in the forums. Try using the search bar at the top. To sum it up - It's going to reuire work but hey, thats half the fun.The other half is playing it just to edit it again to fix mistakes.
