So, is this officially dead? The only mod that seems to include these textures is Celestial Bodies, and the planets just show up normal sized for me.

Generally, if I had to pick any one unit to mass produce it would be the capital carriers, or the pocket carriers if we're just doing normal ships.
I know of one, because it stepped on Halo Wars' toes. Thats a weak reason to refuse to consider a mod.
I've used fortifying to great effect in the single player game. I haven't done too much multiplayer yet, so I can't really comment on it's effectiveness there.

Even IF you created them from stratch, you are still using their likeness and names, not to mention you are also using a copyrighted title IN GENERAL.Their game, Halo, and all material related to it are copyrighted UNDER Bungie, meaning: You need their permission. So before
Well, if we're talking about theoretical units... They pretty much fulfill the same purpose. The ODP's might have t
It's a good idea, and most of Halo's space combat would translate pretty easily into the game, but I think it would be pretty hard to get a project like this off the ground. I think we'll probably see one million USS Enterprise downloads before we get a single In Amber Clad :(
