Help New at the Game in Strategy Sins Forums

Please forgive me if I posted to the wrong group. Just got the game I having trouble increaseing my fleet size and captial ships numbers. When I go to the Fleet logistics and want to upgrade to standardized Depot I keep getting the message "1 point of Basic Provisioning prerequiste research must be conducted first". The military and civilan trees I have almost completed. What i'm missing to get this upgrade. Have the same problem with the upgrade the number of cap
