So in SINS on the black market screen, a player has the ability to "Offer resources to other players" (buttons at the very bottom). But what does this do? For example, I had lots of extra metal, instead of just selling it all, I used those buttons to "put it on the market". I had 10K units of metal on the market, for 98% of market price, which was listed as the lowest. When I mouse over the button with 10000 written on it (for the amount of metal I had on the market) the tooltip said something a
