Latest beta version. 3:30:somechange into a game. If I open the menu and try and click the save file to overwrite it, the game crashes to desktop. Relying completely on autosaves at this point.

I looked but didn't see anything about this. Sorry if this has been posted. I was stoked when I read the patch notes that the occupation game mode was fixed to work better in single player. Just finished a game with 7 hard AI. I took the planet. The AI did nothing. Also, I think 20 minutes to win is way too short. If we consider the length and scale of this game, that is a relatively short amount of time.
NOOOO MY SAVE GAME!!! But YAY UPDATE!!!
I just played a game for a couple hours: Sins 1.05. 7DS 1.2 The mod works for me. However, as usual, I got a couple hours in and it dumped me. Different map this time. The one constant I've noticed is that it seems to happen during or right after queing up multiple upgrades (for example, I go to the bathroom, come back and spend all my res on numerous upgrades). I was able to play on the latest version of sins though. I am running cista 64 bit on xp sp2 compatibility.
I'm having the same issue as Arakcheev, every time i start a huge game (or even a large multi) the game dumps and fails about 2 minutes in. Small and medium maps work ok.-I'm on vista as well, tried in sp2 compatibility, same problem.
I can usually get into it about 45 mins to an hour before dumping. Also, 1.05 is out... does that mean this won't work?
Do you have an ETA on the next release? I'm really excited about it. Also, I've played against the Atlantian AI on hard and unfair and I rather enjoy the challenge. I can still beat them. It's kind of nice to have a race that enters your space and forces you to go "ohcrap." You can balance the gameplay while still having some races stronger than others. It's a matter of including ship abilities specialized in countering specific units, such as the dreadnought.
Haven't had a single crash issue. Played six different games with the mod, ranging from small to massive maps. I love it. Keep up the good work, Dan!
My pleasure. Sites like filefront throttle download speeds... so I figured it would be nice to get a mirror that doesn't.
Going to seed after it finishes. In the mean time, here's a mirror on our colo for maximum awesome until enough seeders make the torrent worth while: [link="http://69.46.35.2/7_DEADLY_SINS.rar"]WWW Link[/link]
