To everyone that's getting full 35-40 FPS during the entire span of the game, I'd like you to post how many players/AIs you're playing with. I think that his problems stem mainly from playing against many players. My computer also starts to stutter extremely heavily when I get 1 or 2 hours into a game vs AIs. Currently playing locked teams vs 7 of them, so there are a ton of units on the field.
So I'm currently playing as advent right now, and I'm having trouble grouping my fleets. I like to group my cap ships and guardians so they stay close. However, even when I disable the auto join fleet, my illums still will crowd around the capital ship. This isnt bad normally in big battles, but it becomes a pain when I am trying to ram them down the enemy's throat and they just run back to the cap ship after. Any ideas/tips?

Yes I know the Malice-Cleansing Brilliance is an effective combo, but I feel like I keep on getting destroyed by huge AI fleets (currently playing a 7v1 locked vs hard AIs). My current fleet makeup is 2:1 illums/defense but it keeps on getting crushed by the AI time and again. Does anyone have other tips?
ugh, is there a way I would be able to download this without having to install it on my laptop? wait so if repulsion pushes them away, how are they still able to fire from three sides? Wouldn't moving them up close to have all three turrets firing defeat the purpose of repulsion?

Just a random question. Will 1.3a of this mod be compatible with the Retail 1.4 that is coming out later this week? Or will all the mods have to be subsequently updated?

I was wondering what a decent fleet makeup would be for advent. I'm mostly playing against multiple AIs, so I have to potentially deal with fighting off sheer massive fleet numbers, not necessarily a 1 fleet against 1 fleet ratio.

If I wanted to take out ship graveyards, how would I be able to do that?

mm no I don't recall reloading an old save after locking the teams. Is there a way I could find out in game what the exact settings are?
Yeah, so I've been playing against 4 AI's, putting them all on the same team and locking the teams. However, for some reason they still tell me to do missions, and even go so far as to offer me cease fires and peace treaties. I even saw some of them attacking each other. What's going on? I'm also using the graphics mod and uzii's mod but i'm not sure if that makes a difference.
I was wondering if there was anywhere where people have uploaded their own custom maps or where I would be able to find them to download?
