Yes, I thought that maybe the normal and hard AI would actually be the same. I would still potentially like to tune the resource bonus a little bit to something in between 1 and 1.5. Last night I put a researchFloatModifier into each of the "RESEARCH_AUI_DUMMY_ 0_0.entity" files, and then watched the first ~45 minutes of a game with 3 hard AIs in developer.
