It did fine for weeks and now before it can start up...minidump

So how do I stop it?

My copy of Sins of a Solar Empire has been working great when I got it. Now today when it was starting up I got a messege box saying somthing about a minidump and when I clicked OK my game crashed. What happend and what can I do to fix this? Okay now I know that a Minidump is a crash log. So now, how do I stop it?

I tried that already and all they did was give me this Stardock Account.

A few days ago I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire. When I got done installing the game I tried to register on the main site. But when entered in my serial number it wouldn't work. I tried several different ways but still the same message keeps coming up everytime I put it in "Invalid". So now I ask the public, if your numbers worked, why won't mine? Oh, yes I was able to post this using my Stardock account.
