153 years ago, the Great Train Wreck of 1856 occured, and was the worst train disaster up to that point.

Pssh. Everyone knows that the Asgard computer core on the Daedalus can just create a temporal stasis field around the ship. Let's see your drones try and get through that. :) More seriously, the Aurora would probably be my second choice. I generally like ships that were designed for what they're used for, and not for asthetics. Thats why I love the industrial and we-don't-care-how-ugly-our-warships-are attitude of the Alterans and us. Actually, scratch that. I'm pushing the Au

Bam. Two F-303 fighter bays, railguns, missile silos, transporters, beam weapons, an Asgard computer core, and (because this is what really matters) an awesome captain's chair. Daedalus-class battleship. Maybe not the most powerful, but it's definitely my favorite of all the various starships in all the various sci-fi shows I've watched. (obviously I didn't create this mys

Not sure if it applies to this issue, but this is what Yarlen apparently posted in another thread: Greetings all - There was something misconfigured on the server which was causing some Entrenchment installs to not work. If you fall into this category (and I imagine you know who you are) please do the following: 1) In Impulse click the Stardock logo (orb) in the upper-left and select Check for Updates (or restart Impulse). 2) Install Entrenchment no

Are you sure that vanilla Sins is patched to 1.12? If it already is, you have to remember that this is a beta. While I'm sure it's very aggravating, there was never a guarantee that it would work. The point of a beta is for users to find and report problems to the dev team. I'm sure the next beta release will fix the issue.

Gah! I just got the email, but Impulse needs to update first. And it's going extremely slowly: been sitting here for 5 minutes and it's at 0.1%. Not to be a troll or anything, but Impulse has quite a ways to go before it becomes reliable enough for me to use regularly for videogame purchases.

All of Crytek's games have been released for the PC only. Sorry if I'm missing something here, and I probably am. Are there console ports of Crysis or something? Anyway, it's nice to see Stardock getting more and more attention in the media. It's odd that this hasn't made it to the front page.

I know I don't have to use that feature, but it's the principle of the thing. Also, I'm more of a hardcore gamer, and the FPS part (which is the main reason I'd buy it,

Good thing this show is ending. Don't get me wrong, I loved SG-1 and Atlantis. They're my two favorite TV shows. But Atlantis should have been cancelled after season 4, when it started to die down and get repetitive. Not to mention the fact that in 5 seasons they already killed off as many characters as SG-1 did in ten. Of course, the movies should bring along exciting plot ideas that couldn't be done in the TV shows, like with Ark of Truth and Continuum.

EDIT: It seems this problem has vanished in a puff of smoke. Nevermind this message I know that this isn't technically beta feedback, but since this problem is caused by a feature that only the beta has, I thought it would be appropriate. A few minutes ago, I tried the Z-axis controls, which (intentionally or not) were added to 1.096. I quickly found out that I had no idea how to use them, and I shut the feature off. Or rather, I removed the keybinding for it.
