When i try to connect to online it says Account name not found,I have downloaded the patch as told but it still bugs

Well,i Downloaded the patch from there but now when i try to log in it says Account name not found.....Ihave tried several times to log in and still the same thing

Uhh this may sound really stupid but where do i get the standalone patch?
