I was able to register my DVD copy (bought at Best Buy) and create this account. When I try to use ICO form inside the game it tells me the user does not exist. When I try to create a new account it tells me my key is in use. Ticket was submitted yesterday (Sunday 4/13). I am just adding my name to this list of people with reg issues.
