I don't have a "totalgaming" folder, do i need to make one and put it... somewhere?

Hey, i downloaded the most recent link you posted, and am able to activate it in the mods menu, but when i play the game.... it's not active. The ships are all the same as if i hadnt enabled the mod. The game i have is v1.00, does this matter?

Hey, i think I'm probably just incompitent but i can't find a version of this for non-entrenchment Sins. Can someone help me out or give me a link or something? Thx.
