I have a retail version of SoaSE purchased at Best Buy that I have been trying to register to play online but keep getting a message that the key I entered is invalid. Sent an email to support but have gotten no reply (it has been 24 hrs.). Help?

Add me to the list. Bought mine @ BB a month or so back and just went to try online. Says my key is no good. Sent email and now waiting for reply. Fortunately I do have the packaging but have tossed receipt. Am I screwed because I'm not anal and foolishly assumed a store bought copy would function as promised?
