I'm having the same problem now also. The kicker here is that I have used ICO before(over 20 times). I recently bought a new SATA drive for performance reasons and reinstalled everything and now I'm getting the "Disconnet" pop up too when trying to setup a new account. Could it be a bug from not trying to run everything including account creation on first run with ICO before patching to 1.04? Gonna try it. Also, whats the response if I enter the serial wrong? Just asking b
