How do you turn off autoplacement of structures? in Technical Sins Forums

This is my second post asking for advice regarding some of the odder bits of SoaSE. Personally I love the game, to the point that I would much rather play this than the underwhelming GTA4, but I've encountered two irritating bugs now that have stopped me in my tracks. So I've had SoaSE for over a month now, and have enjoyed it thoroughly throughout. However, just the other day I encountered a bewilderingly odd problem that had not appeared before... opposite button disorder. Basically about an hour into a game the planet buttons either stop working or link to other ones.
