That would be okay, though for defensive porpuses, every system that might come under attack should have a repair platform. static turrets are completely useless against human adversaries (as they will navigate around them) and hangar defneces are currently under powered. However, a frigate factory with a repair platform or two could pump LRM's or HC's and at the same time repair them, and that should be enough time for you to get another force there at the very least (if that's not enough, then
