I also know that for me, I always have sins in a windowed mode, and if I move my mouse off the screen and right mouse click, then the next time I move the mouse back to sins, it thinks I still have the right mouse button pressed. All I normally have to do is right click again on the sins screen to remind it that I'm in charge.

How early of a game are we talking here where you have two caps, a titan, and a starbase to keep your fleet supply low? Plus if the frigates are going around your caps and titans to hit the labs on your homeworld or other planets, they'll have no problem going around a starbase either. Personally, I'd take all the money from that starbase and fleet up and get a small frigate fleet. The money used to buy a starbase instead of fleeting up really limits

Could you be more specific about your processor? 2.6 Mega Hertz couldn't even play starcraft. Other than that, double check to make sure your not doing virus scan and what not in the backround. Dual 4870's is more than enough to power through any graphics this game can throw at you, and your ram dosen't look too bad either. I don't have any suggestions really on how to buff it or what not, but I honestly don't think it's supposed to be an early game cap. I'm sure everyone here will agree that if it's behind a force, or teamed with a couple of caps, shield restore is very nice to have, and flux field can turn an entire fleet into a festive sight as all kinds of ablilties activate over and over again. There ain't nothing better than seeing a Kol with a level three flak burst kill literally hundreds of fighters. And if you really insist on killing all the fighters at once, have two Kol's with flak burst do it at the same time. I'ts simply beatiful. That said, you'll want to make sure you can kill the carriers afterwords, otherwise they'll just warp out and start rebuilding them.
If your an avid fan of playing games from other countries like Japan and such, do note that only Ultimate has the language packs you'll need to play those. Without those language packs, I don't think you can even install the games. Not for everyone to worry about, but a thought if it helps.
It tries to combine the two. Plus, the yamato gun on the Battlecruisers from Starcraft are based off of the Wave Motion Gun that is mounted on the Yamato. The video dosen't show it, but that gun is capable of bombarding an entire planet and cutting through Solar Flares of the sun.
