hi when I try to run the cd and start installing the game I get a message saying he can't find mia.lib and that reinstalling could solve the problem any solutions? I already tried cleaning the disc and restarting my pc bt that doesn't work

I have a problem with my mouse and the scroll wheel doesn't work aparently +I have to scroll to change view and I cant find a key on the keyboard wich replaces the mouse scrolls I also looked in the key settings and found nothing is there a way to assign for example + and - to scroll instead of using the mouse?
