Won't run on on startup in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

Object Dock won't startup with windows, i have to run it manually. Windows 7 RTM when I try to run it manually, UAC prompts, so that may be an issue I have tried to place a shortcut in the startup folder in the start menu. nothing works.

virus scan says its okay and it works... anyway, i know how to get rid of things like that hijack this avg/housecall.antivirus.com/spybots&d/ and if all else fails, i got my backup disks in case i need to re-install.
