im having problem running impulse_setup.exe.. it says its not a valid win32 application?

is anyone else having the same problem as me? please let me know ps. sorry for my poor grammer/english. English is not my first language.

Mine simply just freezes then goes black screen. and then starts back up again. ive tried to alt+tab and i notice i got a warning ! sign on the bottom right corner where all your notification icons are. so i clicked on it and it said something about my video card cannot be found but it was then recovered. hmmm im guessing its something to do with my video card.
