If you haven't received an e-mail after ordering, it's likely one of a few things has happened: 1.) The message was caught by smap/junkmail filters. 2.) The order was placed under a different address. 3.) As Hankers said, there was a problem with the order where it was not processed. In this case, you should not see a charge on your Card/PayPal account (although you may see an authorization for the funds.) You can always check your past orders by logging

You will not be able to download through Impulse with an expired sub. If the backups were lost you will need to renew to redownload the software.

[/quote] Instead of saving them to the temp folder or selecting "Open" from the download dialog, save them somewhere else, and make sure you are selecting "Save". I have found that the temp folder in Vista is cleared too often for my liking, and isn't a useful working folder.
