If the Think Green theme is asking for a serial number, most likely something is corrupt with the theme itself. I would suggest deleting it and redownloading here: https://www.stardock.com/products/mycolors/downloads.asp

That'll just have to be a new PDR: "I apologize for the blatant disregard to your problems with our software, but a rogue support adviser, who went by the name Mike or 'Milksama' has been flooding our support channels with poor and improper advice. He has now been summarily punished and shot, and will no longer be of concern to our customers. Now, please try running this batch file he wrote, which may resolve your issue." Mike, we will miss you. What we won't miss is your st

Ashley, It looks like we never received a reply to your support e-mail. Did you ever have the trial version of IconPackager installed on the machine? If so, that might be what's causing the issue. MyColors is able to apply the themes without the need for any of our other apps, so you won't ever need to buy them to use your theme (unless you want to). Can you respond to the support ticket so that we can troubleshoot this further? When you do, can you attach your DxDiag info?

@pryncssdeb1212 and @leth Took care of it for both of you. Activation counts have been reset. You should now be able to activate. Our activation system will flag excessive activations depending on several criteria, and if you get a message saying you've reached a limit, just shoot an e-mail to [email protected]. Seabass rifles through those faster than is comprehensible to make sure you get up and running ASAP. Let me know if you're all set.

Please make sure that you have the Windows Vista theme enabled. To do so: -Right click on your desktop, choose personalize. -Click on themes -From the drop down menu, choose 'Windows Vista", then click apply and OK. Once you do this you'll be able to reapply your WindowBlinds theme and it should allow DeskScapes to run. If that still does not allow you to display .dreams, please try the following: -Click the start orb -Right click on Computer, select prop

If you e-mail your DxDiag info as an attachment to [email protected], we should be able to help you further. To do this, go to Start->Run (or Start Search in Vista) and type 'dxdiag'. Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file.

Not for now. Impulse is our new download/install manager for our products,as well as other products/games. Stardock Central will still be viable for the foreseeable future, but eventually everything will switch to Impulse. Couple of things for you to check: -Do you have any security software running that would prevent WindowBlinds from working? -Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics chipset. In the case of the nVidia GO 7400, you'll probably need to go to your

Anyone who is experiencing the Desktop Window Manager issue please try the following before doing anything else: -Click the Start button and type 'services.msc' into the Start Search Field. Hit Enter. -Find the entry for 'Desktop Window Manager Session Manager', right click and choose 'properties' -Make sure the Startup type drop down is set to automatic and, if it isn't already, that the Service status is 'started'. If it's not, click the 'Start' button to start it. -Reboo

andrew_ is right on this one. Deleting the whole Stardock directory is a bad idea if you have multiple Stardock titles. That will make them all go away, which is bad. But, going into the above mentioned folders and removing any folders relating to the product you're trying to uninstall (in this case SoundPackager) is a good course of action if you're having problems even after uninstalling. Also, just to reiterate on something andrew_ mentioned above, if you are having problems with a
