yrag's right. There's now way to tell if you're having the same issue until you tell us what the error message you're getting is. Also, security apps can sometimes block activation (little .exe file + network connection + encrypted info transfered = makes heuristic protection go NUTS sometimes)

What exactly is the error you're getting? I looked up your activation counts and you haven't hit the limit for any of your apps. Are you entering the correct e-mail address and serial number? If you need to double check what they are, visit https://www.stardock.com/support and enter your e-mail address in the field on this page to have all your info e-mailed to you. Also, check your registrations in Impulse and make sure you have one for WindowBlinds listed, and that i
LOL, Spelling....
Sorry, looks like a bad error message. The sig.bin is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\CursorFX for XP and C:\ProgramData\Stardock\CursorFX for Vista. Find it there and delete it. This should fix it.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. With Multiplicity the best thing to do is e-mail [email protected] . There are several things we'll have to check for that that are machine specific, that you probably don't want posted in the forums. As far as Virtual Desktops is concerned, are you using this on a Vista machine (you mentioned you were using Vista machines with Multiplicity)? Virtual Desktops is for Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 and hasn't been tested on
What are you using on the secondary to define these hotkeys? Multiplicity isn't set up to behave in this way. I have seen instances where modifier keys (ctrl, alt, shift, win) can get "stuck" with multiplicity, usually after hitting ctrl-alt-del on a secondary (which will send the signal to both machines). Usually tapping the stuck modifire will fix this issue.
Once again you simply amaze me. The name is fantastic!
This was an issue with the rollout of AD 2009 over the weekend. Everything should be fixed now. You may have to reset your Impulse data. To do this: -Click the blue Stardock Logo in the upper left -Choose 'Preferences...' -Click on the 'Folders' section on the left -Click the 'Reset Data' button -Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info. You may also hav
It looks like the problem was the number you listed was actually an order number and not a serial number. Serials will usually follow this pattern (may or may not have dashes): XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX Where order numbers will look more like this: VXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX I replied to your support ticket with the serial number, as well as instructions on how to get this registered in SDC.

Talthazar: If you run the multipl.exe file as administrator on any Vista machines (primary or secondaries) you should no longer see this issue. To do this: -Navigate to C:\Program Files\Stardock\ThinkDesk\Multiplicity -locate the file multipl.exe, right click and choose 'Properties' -Click on the 'Compatibility' tab -Under the Privileged level section at the bottom, check the box that says 'Run this program as administrator' -Click 'Apply' then
As of right now the Vista Ultimate version of DeskScapes hasn't been updated to this new method. The reason you're seeing an update is available is that the free Ultimate version is 1.2 and the latest version of DeskScapes that works with all versions of Windows Vista is 2.0. Impulse is detecting you have DeskScapes installed, and sees that it's an older version. I'll have to talk with the devs on Monday to get this sorted, but in the meantime you can simply hide the update.
Same here... ...wait... Ok, so we're changing the way we handle the freeware apps through Impulse. There will be listings in the store for all the free apps we offer (right now LogonStudio Vista and Diamond have been changed, the rest to follow shortly) You just have to go to the store and click on the free app, then enter your e-mail for your account and a registration for the app will be added to your account. This will automatcially appear in Impulse (you
butch123, your count should be reset. x3lumin8x, if Ihad something to reset, I would have, but you don't have anything on your account. PM me another e-mail and I can take care of it.
I'm not seeing anything under your account, otherwise it would be done now. Support tries to reply to tickets within 2 business days of receipt. Keep in mind that replying to a ticket before you hear back resets the activity counter and places your ticket at the bottom of our queues. Activation e-mails are top priority here, so you should hear a reply soon.
I think the biggest issue here is trying to run the game in Parallels. Although Parallels may work fine for less system resource heavy apps, games are a different story entirely. Especially something like Sins. Parallels works just like any other virtualization software and tries to emulate actual hardware to allow you to run software in a PC like environment. Unfortunately, because of this emulation, the virtual hardware is completely different from and nowhere near as powe
Looks like you have it on the account. I had our system mail your account info to a yahoo.com address you had registered (I'll PM you the actual address). You'll want to use that when trying to activate. If it still gives you trouble, e-mail [email protected].
I reset your activations. You should be set. Let us know if you have any issues at [email protected]
The latest beta is 4.09[b].003 and addresses these issues. I reset your activation count. You should be good to go.
Oh, yeah, the links: 32 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather.bat 64 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather_64.bat Note: These must be run as admin (right click, run as administrator) in Vista. Even if you have UAC disabled.
Sorry for all the confusion folks. My/Mike's batch files should be all fixed up now. Make sure to pay attention to the instructions for them. You need to save the StardockWeather.ocx to the following directories: 32bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock 64bit: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Stardock and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\
Just to clarify, what is the empty folder you are getting? Is it when you use the standalone installer, or Impulse?
Natural Desktop is not compatible with Windows Vista. Some users have reported good results running it in Windows XP compatibility mode.
In honor of your birthday I went ahead and contacted the Olympic committee in China, and we have got a surprise for you:
Merry Christmas!.... ...crap, wrong thing.
