i am trying it in normal mode even when i try starting setup file alone without autorun it says it cannot be installed

Well when i try to install SofSE game it shouts whe windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running windows in safe mode .... I dont have same problem with any other software, using windowsXP x64 on quad core q6600, 3gb RAM, geforce 8800 gt if anyone knows whats the problem please reply thanks
