Hi, I just bought both expations but my origional game refuses to update to the final 1.19 version. Without the patch I cannot install the 2 addons I just paid 20 dollars for. It has been several days but I have not heard back from StarDock. My origional games is on version 1.05 and is registered properly. I just keep getting a "file size smaller than expected error" when it attempts to download
I have version 1.05 and it refuses to download a new patch. I just purchased both expantions but cannot install them without patching the game first. This is getting ridiculous. I have had it with Impulse. It takes me weeks to just get the darn game installed and they are getting worse with every title.
K after 6 days with support i finally got my game registered. Now it won't download the patches. It keeps saying file is smaller than expected. Reseting the data file does nothing. I can no longer find thier email address and the never answer the phone because they have bankers hours. Will i ever get to play the game i spent $35 on? I hate Impulse this is the worst experince I have ever had with a software company.
