Bill, if youre using vista, go to C:\Users\(username)\appdata(this folder may be hidden)\local\ironclad games\Sins of a solar empire\Mods OR C:\Users\(username)\appdata(this folder may be hidden)\local\ironclad games\Sins of a solar empire\Mods-v1.16 depending on version of game then paste mod FOLDER in there. if there is 1 folder inside the zipped folder use that. if not, UNZIP it, and paste the whole thing into the directory.
