Well it seems like when I get to a certain point in the game it always crashes. I'm in diplomacy. I'm playing the Random Huge Single map. Largest fleet size. Pirates are on. Teams are locked. I'm playing 2 TEC and two Advent. I'm either advent or TEC. I've been trying to play 1 vs 4 hard (second red one? so harder than hard but not purple). The whole map is explored and I'm beginning to push them back. It always dumps. and I'm not pre

Ok I saved in the folder and its still doing the same shit. It's supposed to appear in the "map designer section" right? I followed the directions in the beginners guide threat to no avail. Very annoying. It's in the galaxy folder but now it doesn't appear in game. When it was in the wrong folder it was in game What's going on here?

Ok I know I can't save it to the "app" folder. It won't let me save it to the galaxy folder though. It's saying I "need permission". Any ideas?

Where do you have yours saved?

I have all the players assigned correctly. I'll adjust the "always" stuff. This is annoying lol. I want to be able to play

Hey guys I made a galaxyforge map but whenever I load it I immediately get a "defeat" or "victory". What gives? Also when I added artifacts/bonuses to planets I set it as "noplanetowner" is that correct? Thanks in advance!

Hey guys thanks for the help, got the game to work. I have a question regarding the galaxy forge. Do I need to place it somewhere to use the added planets from your mod? Right now the only listed planets are the ones from original sins. Thanks in advance.

Ok I took it from the last folder and put it in the other one and it showed the checkcum in game. However, I got a minidump :(

I'm going to go look inside the folder. All I did was save the folder. Extracted the whole thing to desktop. Cut and then pasted it using this track C:users/username/appdata/local/ironcladgames/sinsofasolarempire/mods-diplomacy v1.32/ distantstars_(D)_0.99_B5_[73603744]/ Distant Stars (D) 0.99 B% Perhaps you're right and one of them is overlapping on the other?

I used 7zip instead of winzip. I would take a screenshot but don't know how (lol ya ya I know).

Ok so I've done everything right, but the mod doesn't load. Checksum is still zero.

What's the checksum for this? I put it in the settings and the mods folder and nothing changes. Sigh

Hey gang. I use windows 7 and figured out how to display my documents and settings folder in order to utilize mods. However I'm denied access....what gives?

Ok I figured out how to view the hidden folder AKA documents and settings but its locked and doesn't allow me to access it?
