All sounds wonderful. I've been in lurking in the background for months, but just wanted to emerge from the darkness for a second to say that I appreciate the hard work, and hope that eventually we will all be able to enjoy the fruits of your labours!

Yeah, I feel exactly the same, TobiWahn. My wife and I occasionally discuss the philosophical implications of things said by various characters in Babylon 5, but neither of us would be caught dead with a bone on our head or wearing a futuristic fright wig at one of those events. The downside of this, of course, is that we allow cool actresses like Claudia Christian to be surrounded by nutters.
You guys are really talented!
Wow, that is so cool! Can't wait to start using it in combat!
Yeah, I know all about redoing earlier work (though not in a modding sense). Your work, both original and redone, is always impressive. You know that, I am sure, but it still needed to be said...
Yes you are -- that is obviously from the Artemis 2.0 pictures! Thanks for those!
The Silence of Modders is usually a good thing...but maybe you can assure your awaiting and anxious group of fans that you have not gone the way of the First Ones...? [e classic]:'([/e]
Thanks TobiWahn! Hope you are getting some rest and having a peaceful time with your loved ones.
Building on DanHall1's note, thanks to ALL of you modders and designers for working on this project. There are a lot of fans of Babylon 5 out there who will have many hours of enjoyment, thanks to your hard work. You are all appreciated!! [e classic]:congrat:[/e]
Understood! Thanks for the reply! [e digicons][/e]
Been testing out the Minbari against the Pirates...again with the Pirate Bug. Those pirates wiped out the Shadows before I even met them on the map. A question, and apologies if this has been asked before, but the repair platforms don't seem to be repairing my ships. Some regenerate, but others don't if they have taken a lot of damage. Am I doing something wrong? [e digicons][/e]
I am back after some (voice of Molari) "verrry scaarry" hardware issues. But I have downloaded 0.41 and it is playing very well (I'm of course playing the Earth Alliance). Excellent, excellent work!
That IS superb work, TobiWahn. JMS would be proud. While we wait patiently, how have all of you felt about the power balance of the pirate ships? It might have been a fluke, but I played a game where the pirate wiped out the Vorlons, Shadows and Centauri before they slowly began to ground my group of six Narn planets to stardust. I've never encountered that before...such aggressive, relentless and remorseless pirates. And all my Narn ships
I check every few days for news too. Must feel isolating, working on the mod in between your hard work schedule. But I think it is safe to say that there are a lot of people who are just waiting patiently and admiring the excellent work that you and the other modders have been doing on this project. [e digicons][/e]
Really? Ok. Then I'll wait. Slow and steady wins the race. [e digicons][/e]
Hi all -- would it be possible, way down the road, for you to have Drazi, Breen and Brakkiri ships around independent planets instead of what is there now -- standard pirate or Terran-style ships?
Wish I could help, but I don't have the skills... [e digicons]:hugme:[/e]
This report, as it is honest and forthright, gives me encouragement and depression in equal measure. Truly in line with the spirit of Babylon 5. Nevertheless, we all await the next version to come "in the fullness of time." [e digicons]-_-[/e]
I know this has been written before, but the work that SteinerX, Tobiwahn, Zvezdochets and others on this project is truly appreciated, especially knowing how much you have to work in the "real world". Like Larsoned, I don't have any modding skills either, though I have done the sorts of tweaks he discussed on other games. Moral support only goes so far, though, I know. If you need testers later on, I'll be glad to help, but of course that is sort of like someone being willi
Hi TobiWahn -- Thanks for that. Now I know! Time to break out that old Van Halen CD and give it a go...
Hi -- I'm having a problem using the jump engines with the EA. I can get the jump engines to start, but oftentimes the jump is stalled by waiting for fighters to dock. In other cases, the ships phase jump, but it is really slow. In other cases, the ships want to jump to a spot on the other side of the map before jumping to the target planet. When you get a chance, could you let me know the right procedure for using the jump engines? It might be that somet
Hey, not a problem. Just thought I'd explore the possibilities. Looking forward to the next version of the mod. From the screenshots it looks like it is going to be well worth the wait! [e classic]:congrat:[/e]
Hey Tobi-wan -- thanks for the reply on my idea about the Shadow-Centauri link. Being a game player and not a modder, I can only guess about the limitations of working with a preexisting game engine. Well, how about this, then? How about making an adjustment in the tech tree of the Centauri in the Diplomacy section? Something like "Contact Morden", when after buying this ability, the Shadows have a greater chance of responding to mission requests? To counterbalan
Hi all -- I had an idea when I was thinking about the mod this morning. I don't know if it is possible, but when playing the Centauri, could there be an option to hire the Shadows for missions from the Pirate's screen? I would foresee this as an option only for the Centauri. Probably it won't work with the architecture of the program, but I thought I would ask. Also, for the Pirates -- is there any thought as to changing their ship designs to match tho
