Where is stardocks official reply on how to fix it? Hello Stardock reading these or just taking our money and wont refund when we are pissed when your game malfunctions?

The problem is how do you fix it? Im tired of playing multiplayer and it doing it. Runtime error. Why did I buy this again, how long has it been out?

So how do you fix it? I didnt pay that money for a crap out expansion for it to fail on me every time the game is long.
