Increase fleet size in Strategy Sins Forums

So Far I have really enjoyed the game. I tried to upgrade and build everything under the sun. I just can't seem to be able to build more than the original allotted ships I am given. The game keeps attacking me with a ton of ships and I can build more than 98 ship points I am given with the tec. Please help. Thank you, noob
